Scrambled Eggs with Chives

This is a yummy finger food for babies on both the babyled weaning and spoon led weaning.

- Cook: 10 mins
1Lightly whisk the egg, milk and chives in bowl until blended.
2Heat the butter in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat until melted. Don’t allow the butter to brown or it will discolour the eggs.
3Pour in the egg mixture and let it sit, without stirring, for 30 seconds. As the mixture begins to set, stir with wooden spoon, pulling, lifting and folding. Repeat until egg is thickened/well done and no visible liquid egg remains
Nutrition: Eggs are a top source of complete protein and in addition egg yolks provide cholesterol required for mental development and vitamin D.
